To make an appointment
Appointments can be made by telephone 0131 226 2601, by email or in person at reception.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an appointment, please give at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a cancellation fee, charged at your practitioner’s discretion.
Should you be late
If for some reason you cannot make it on time, please let reception know, so we can make arrangements if possible. However, our practitioners will rarely be able to run over, as normally there are no time gaps in between sessions.
Payment Method
Our practitioners accept cash or cheque only and you pay them directly at the end of the appointment. Credit or Debit cards are not accepted for treatments.
Cash points are located on Queensferry Street (Clydesdale), Shandwick Place (Abbey & BoS) or Princes Street (RBS).
