Patra Pinda Swedana is a wonderful rejuvenating experience. A herbal compress is prepared with a mix of herbal ingredients tied together in a cloth bag (bolous) and used to massage the body.
The treatment starts with a warm, full body massage with herb infused oils followed by the herbal compress treatment, which increases the body temperature and allows the benefits of the herbs to be absorbed into the body.
